While Youtube will remove infringing videos at a copyright holder's request, the managers of Seigokan.com have no way to know whether a Youtube video has been posted with valid copyrights. If you are the copyright holder of a video that appears on Youtube without your knowledge or permission, you must contact Youtube to have it removed.

Youtube videos embedded on a Seigokan.com Web page are not hosted, stored, served, or controlled in any way by Seigokan.com. Instead, a Youtube video object is embedded on a Seigokan.com Web page with the permission of Youtube.com, which has exclusive control over the actual video content that is served.

If a video appearing on Seigokan.com is found to be in violation of copyright and Youtube.com removes it from their servers, the video playback of the embedded object will no longer function and the embedded object will remain on Seigokan.com until we get around to our next Web page update.
